How the email service works

A Spearis operator configures the business details, review link, completed-job spreadsheet, timing, and English or Spanish email templates. The business authorizes its sending Gmail account. The operator approves the workflow and template version, completes an owner-mailbox test, and separately enables delivery after checking readiness.

The application checks job completion, email permission, opt-outs, duplicate history, and the approved schedule before processing an eligible job. An operator can pause a workflow and review activity or exceptions. Customers are not selected by whether their feedback is positive or negative.

Why we request Google access

• Google identity: identify and confirm the account authorizing each connection.
• Gmail send-only access: send the configured email from the business mailbox that the account owner authorizes. The application does not request access to read the mailbox.
• Selected spreadsheet access: the separate Spearis agency connection uses Google Picker to authorize specific spreadsheets. Google's file permission can allow edits within your account's rights, but this application only reads its configured sources. Share client sheets with the agency account as a Viewer.

Connecting Google does not itself send a message or activate a workflow. Replies to an email are handled in the business's mailbox; this application does not read or automatically answer them.

Account access and help

The dashboard is a private workspace for authorized Spearis operators. Businesses coordinate setup and account authorization with Spearis. There is no public self-service sign-up.

You can remove Google access in your Google Account connections. Contact spearismarketing@gmail.com for setup, disconnection, or privacy requests. See the application privacy notice for how information is handled.
